Communication with your GP

To provide the highest quality of care and safety for patients, doctors who work at the clinics prefer to see patients in person or via Telehealth video or telephone to discuss their health care.

A doctor will always be available during normal surgery hours for emergency advice.
Our staff are experienced in helping you decide whether the matter requires an appointment, a return phone call from the practice, or urgent advice.

Email Communication. (for Admin only)

We discourage communication of a sensitive nature via email because email is never secure. Please do not send medical questions; change or cancel appointments via email. We will endeavour to respond to email enquiries wihin 48 hours.

SMS Messaging

SMS Messages are used for appointment reminders, clinical recalls and test reminders or to provide information about medical services we offer. Please confirm your mobile number with reception. If you do not wish to be contacted via SMS please advise reception.

Test Results

If you have agreed to receive a notification about your test results via SMS then a message is usually received 2-3 business days after your test unless you have been advised differently.

If you have not received your result notification within 3 days please phone the Clinic after 11am, and discuss with staff.

Patient Feedback

We welcome your comments or suggestions. Please feel free to talk to your GP or the Manager regarding any issues. A “Suggestion box” is also available to leave comments. This is located in our waiting room.


If you have a complaint please discuss it with your Doctor or our Practice Manager. If your complaint is not resolved or you prefer you can take it to the Health Services Commissioner on 1300 582 113 (Toll Free).
