Telehealth (phone or video) consultation fees:
Our standard consultation fees apply to Telehealth appointments.
Payment is expected at time of consultation. We accept cash, credit cards and EFTPOS. All unpaid accounts will incur a $5 fee.
Higher fees apply on public holidays and for consultations outside clinic hours.
Bulk billing is available to concession patients who joined the practice prior to 1st December 2022 (pensioners and patients with Health Care Cards) between 10am to 3:15 pm, Monday to Friday. Outside these times, a $30 out-of-pocket fee (gap) will be charged.
Children under 16 years of age on a Heath care Card may be bulk billed from 10am to 7pm weekdays.
All new patients are expected to pay a full standard consultation fee at the time of their first consultation. Following this initial consultation any Concession card holders will incur a $30 out-of-pocket fee (gap) fee .
Procedures will incur a minimum $90 out-of-pocket fee. (Greater fees for Iron Infusions, Venesections, Tongue-tie release, complex procedures – please discuss with your Doctor or reception)
Wound Dressings may incur a $15 to $25 out-of-pocket fee.
GP Mental Health Care Plans require a long consultation and will incur a $50 out of pocket fee for Concession card holders or $63.80 full fee payers.
WORKCOVER/TAC ACCOUNTS
All new Work Cover accounts will be the responsibility of the patient and will need to be paid on the day. Patients may claim their refund from TAC or their Work Cover insurer.
Work Cover Patients* seen outside the hours of 10am to 3:15pm weekdays will be required to pay a non-claimable $30 fee on the day .
Missed Appointments
Appointments missed without notice, or cancelled inside two hours, may incur a cancellation charge. Medicare will not reimburse for missed appointments.
